Transfiguration - Η Μεταμόρφωσις

The ikon of the Transfiguration of Jesus Christ is also an ikon of the Holy Trinity: The Father is the Voice, The Son is Jesus Christ, standing between the prophets Moses and Elijah, and the Holy Spirit is the Light that envelopes Christ and in some cases the whole ikon.
